(Translation) H.T. 035/2002 Date : May 15, 2002 Re : Reasons for over 20% change in company's operations To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As shown in the year Consolidated Financial as of March 31, 2002, the Company has a net profit after tax amounting to Baht 44.2 million representing a decrease of 28.3% under the Net profit after Tax of Baht 61.7 Million achieved for the same period of the year. The major reason for a decrease is due to the company's accumulated loss to be used as a reduction in net profit before calculating income tax period for the year of 2001, whereas the income tax for the year of 2002 was computed in full amount according to the rate of Revenue Department.
