Change of Par Value

(Translation) May 11, 2004 To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Change of Par Value As we had reported that our Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 37 on April 23rd, 2004 had approved to change the par value of our share from Baht 10 (Ten) to Baht 1 (One) and to change the number of our issued shares from 27,000,000 ( Twenty seven million ) shares to 270,000,000 ( Two hundred seventy million ) shares and to change our Memorandum of Association accordingly. Now, we had completed the registration of such changes with the company registrar Ministry of Commerce, already since May 10, 2004.
