Revisions to Information in the Capital Increase Report ESOP

(Translation) No. HorThor SET/032/2550 August 30, 2007 Re:Revisions to Information in the Capital Increase Report Form and Details of the ESOP Attn: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand We refer to the submission of the capital increase report form (Form 53-4) and details of the ESOP of Singer Thailand Public Company Limited (the "Company") to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on August 14, 2007 for dissemination to general investors. The Company hereby submits the revisions to Clause 8.1 of the capital increase report form (Form 53-4), regarding the price dilution effect, which previously stated that the price of all shares of the Company after the capital increase will not be theoretically reduced in value. The revisions are as follows: Revisions "Clause 8.1 With regard to the price dilution effect, after the increase of capital (283,500,000 shares) the share price will decrease by 0.5658%. However, effects upon price dilution due to the exercise of warrants will be subject to the market price of the Company's shares on the day the new shares from the exercise of warrants start trading on the SET." These revisions are made so as to be in line with the result of calculation of the weighted average closing price and price dilution effect in accordance with the SEC's rules. The information previously notified by the Company in the capital increase report form (Form 53-4) and in the details of the ESOP will also be revised accordingly. Please be informed accordingly.
