The minutes of 127th BDM held on October 22, 1998 was approved. 2. The minutes of 128th BDM held on December 23, 1998 was approved. 3. Resolved that the report of Management was approved and the audited financial statements for fiscal year ended 31st December 1998 was acknowledged for submission to the shareholders meeting for approval by the shareholders. 4. Resolved that the Board recommend the Shareholders meeting to approve the omission of payment of dividend for fiscal year ended December 31st , 1998. 5. Resolved that the 130th Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Friday, April 9th, 1999 6.
