Change in Par value of "KKC" and "SINGER" The following companies: 1. Kulthorn Kirby Public Company Limited (KKC) 2. Singer Thailand Public Company Limited (SINGER) have completed the legal process required for splitting the par value of their stocks from 10 Baht to 1 Baht. As a result of all actions taken, effective from May 17,2004 onwards, the par value of the "KKC" and "SINGER" securities in the trading system will be adjusted as stated above.
