( Translation ) H.T. 055/2005 August 15, 2005 To : Managing Director The Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : Announces Interim Dividend Payment (Revised) The resolutions of the Board of Directors Meeting 158th on August 11, 2005 are as follows :- Approved the interim dividend payment for the operation (6 months) from January, 2005 to June, 2005 will be Baht 0.10 per share for the number of 270 million shares which is equal to Baht 27 million as total interim dividend paid. Closing date of the share register book for the right to receive the dividend will be on August 26, 2005 at 12:00 p.m. and the date of the dividend payment to the Shareholders will be September 9, 2005.
