Translation H.T./ SET / 035 /2550 September 20, 2007 Subject : Declaration about the news on Net Loss in Year 2007 To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the media about the Company's Net loss for Year 2007 amounting Baht 400-500 Million compared with the prior year which had net loss amounting Baht 1.23 Billion, the Company would like to inform that the figure of net loss is based on the Company's estimation on the result of the solution on motorcycle's problem in the past, which the Company had fixed it and keep to monitor it until the number of the motorcycle balance reduced from 37,000 units in August 2006 to 12,261 units as of June 2007. Furthermore, the Company had issued measures and tools about pre credit approval strictly. The above solutions are the major factors to reduce a lot of reserve from inventory devaluation with new good quality hire purchase accounts. With these reasons, the Company had the expectation that net loss compared with last year will be reduced significantly unless there will be any factor to hurt the Company's operation.
