Translation H.T./SET/016/2008 November 12, 2008 Subject: Informing of changes of company's director and power of directors To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Whereas, the Board of Directors Meeting No.172 of Singer Thailand Public Company Limited, held on November 12, 2008, has resolved the following resolutions: 1. Acknowledged the resignations of Mr. Sophon Pholvilai from the position of Director, the authorized Director and Controller& Finance Director of the Company, effective from December 31,2008 onwards. 2. Approved the appointments of Mr.Paitoon Sukhanaphorn as Director, the authorized Director and Controller & Finance Director,to replace Mr.Sophon Pholvilai effective from January 1, 2009 onwards. The power of Director of the Company shall be changed to be as follow: "Mr. Gavin John Walker, Mr. Daniel Michel Philiponet, Mr. Boonyong Tansakul and Mr. Paitoon Sukhanaphorn, any two of these four directors can sign jointly with the Company's seal affixed" 3.
