to clarify that the Company does not have to comply with the Rules for the Acquisition and Disposition of Assets because it is the disposition of the company's assets to the Company's subsidiary, which wholly owned by the Company named Singer Leasing (Thailand). This is only an adjustment of the Company's business entity structure.
